Aliya Pasik, PA-C

Aliya Pasik, PA-C is a physician assistant specializing in psychiatry and addiction medicine. She attended Columbia University in New York for her undergraduate studies and the University of Detroit Mercy, Physician Assistant School. Aliya received her training in addiction medicine at Henry Ford Maplegrove, West Bloomfield. She is the Director of the Addiction Medicine Program at Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine.

Aliya is very dedicated to treating substance abuse disorders and mental illness. She feels that giving someone the gift of sobriety is one of the greatest gifts you can give a person struggling with chronic addiction. Establishing a trusting relationship with her patients is a high priority, and Aliya believes that the key to success is ensuring her patients feel very comfortable with her at all times. 

Aliya also practices with a holistic approach, incorporating a variety of non-drug treatments. She teaches numerous mindful meditation and breathing techniques. She also prescribes natural supplements for patients who prefer a medicine-free approach to treatment or wishes to augment their current regimen. Aliya performs pharmacogenetic testing for patients who wish to have their treatment plan created with their own genetic profile in mind.
