Judith C. Redmond, LPC, LLP, CAADC
Judy is a seasoned professional who works in the areas of mental health, trauma, addictions, and co-occurring conditions. Judy specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which represents a large portion of her clinical practice. EMDR has been extensively researched and shown to be a highly effective and efficient treatment for trauma and a broad array of other mental health challenges. Judy also has advanced training in addictive disorders.
Judy works primarily with adults who seek treatment for a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and addictive disorders. Patients find that Judy is easy to talk to and brings a warm, compassionate professionalism into the treatment setting. Treatment modalities include EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and patient-centered therapy.
Judy is a graduate of the University of Michigan and earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Oakland University. She is a life long learner and invested in deepening and expanding her clinical skills in order to optimize patient outcomes.
