• We are located in Rochester Hills, MI about 20 minutes north of Detroit and ten minutes east of Pontiac.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. You may want to download some forms and complete them prior to your initial visit.
• If you have medical records or previous psychological testing please bring it to the meeting.
• It’s also best to have a written record of your medications that you can hand to your doctor so this information can be accurately communicated. Short of this bring in the bottles of the medication that you are taking.
