Alana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Oakland University and has been a dedicated member of our team for more than seven years. Throughout her time with the practice, she has built strong relationships with patients and colleagues by providing friendly, knowledgeable support with insurance, billing, and payment-related questions.
Whether helping patients navigate billing concerns or assisting staff behind the scenes, Alana is committed to making complex processes easier to understand. In her current role as Provider Education Specialist, she works closely with our team to provide guidance on coding, documentation, billing practices, and related topics, helping ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Alana enjoys being a resource for both patients and staff and takes pride in supporting the exceptional care our practice provides every day.
