Erica McEvoy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and went on to become a Certified Professional Coder.
Erica began her career in the medical field working in an emergency room for five years. She then moved on to manage a pediatric office for over five years, which is where she received the majority of her medical billing and coding experience and training.
When Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine decided to bring their medical billing services in-house they hired Erica to spearhead the transition and manage the department.
