Garrett Zimostrad, BA, Spravato Patient Care Technician
Garrett Zimostrad is a Patient Care Technician at the Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Oakland University. He has a strong interest in behavioral health and enjoys being part of a field centered around helping and supporting others.
Before joining RCBM, Garrett worked in several people-centered roles that helped shape his interest in mental health care and counseling. He values creating a calm and comfortable environment for patients while continuing to learn through his work and education.
Garrett’s long-term goal is to become a licensed mental health counselor and continue pursuing advanced training in psychotherapy and relational approaches to mental health care. Outside of work and school, he enjoys music, psychology, and reading and exploring research on mental health and human connection.
