Jamie Fulton-Smith, MS, LLP, ERPSCC

Jamie obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Michigan, where she also completed her undergraduate studies, majoring in Psychology along with Screen Arts and Cultures. She is licensed as a master's-level psychologist with advanced certification in the treatment of first responders. Jamie has extensive experience working with law enforcement and the juvenile justice system, providing individual therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services. She is open to working with all ages (8 and above), but is most passionate about working with adolescents, including at-risk youth, adults with ADHD, and first responders. Jamie strives to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her patients, meeting them with empathy and cultural sensitivity. Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Jamie uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and interpersonal therapy. She often incorporates creative approaches, including art and music, to empower her patients as they work together to achieve goals and enhance their quality of life.
