Kristen Kalm, PMHNP

Kristen Kalm is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 5 years of nursing experience working in the intensive care unit, emergency department, and inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. Kristen obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She has a passion for working with those of all ages, those who have experienced trauma, and military veterans’ mental health. Before she was a nurse, she served honorably in the Marine Corps. Her interactions with diverse clients and her experience in the military led her to realize her strong desire to serve others. Kristen strives to be a holistic and compassionate nurse who uses various tools, coping mechanisms, and creativity to achieve healthier, happier lives for her clients.
