Aundreah Walenski-Geml, LMSW
Aundreah Walenski obtained a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and completed her undergraduate studies at Oakland University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology. Aundreah is a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan. Aundreah completed a two-year Post Graduate Social Work Fellowship at the University of Michigan in the Department of Psychiatry, where she received over 500 hours of supervision and specialized training. Aundreah was a team member of the Anxiety, Women and Infant Mental Health, and Crisis Support Clinics throughout the fellowship, learning how to treat debilitating anxiety, peripartum disorders, and severe and persistent mental illness.
Aundreah's areas of specialty include: sexual health and dysfunction, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, postpartum anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, insomnia, body-focused repetitive behaviors, ADHD, disordered eating, and mood disorders. Aundreah uses dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, interpersonal psychotherapy, and other evidence-based therapies to help individuals achieve their goals. Aundreah aims to create a warm and welcoming environment that addresses the underlying causes of debilitating symptoms and enhances overall life functioning through skill development.
