Director of Medical Nutrition Therapy and Eating Disorders Services
Beverly Price is a registered dietitian nutritionist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from Michigan State University and a Master of Education degree in Exercise Physiology from Wayne State University. Beverly completed her Dietetic Internship at Harper Hospital, Detroit Medical Center. She is a Certified (iaedp) Eating Disorder Specialist and supervisor and a Certified (IAYT) Yoga Therapist. She oversees the Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Department and Eating Disorders Services to provide the most clinically relevant and evidence-based care.
Beverly is the former owner and operator of the Inner Door Center® Eating Disorders Treatment Center, which offered partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care, outpatient therapy, and the first comprehensive eating disorders program to integrate yoga therapy into treatment. Beverly brought the components of this program to RCBM to continue to offer comprehensive care for eating disorders. Her primary interest at RCBM is working with women in midlife and older.
Beverly is an author and international presenter. She has written numerous articles in trade and peer-reviewed publications. She is a frequent blogger and presenter at the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) Symposiums.
She is also the Compliance Officer and Project Manager for RCBM, including the HIPAA Privacy Officer and the SPRAVATO® program manager.
