James is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background as a medical assistant for several years. He serves as a medical assistant in our CareSynch Program. Having served as the lead medical assistant at an endocrinology office, he has overseen the responsibilities typically held by a nurse. James demonstrated exceptional supervisory skills in this capacity, leading a team of medical assistants in a fast-paced medical office while consistently providing outstanding customer service and communication.
Throughout his career, James has become proficient in performing prior authorizations for weight loss, diabetes, and thyroid medications. He has taken an active role in mentoring and training new staff on office protocols. His commitment to patient education included training individuals on new diabetes technology and assisting with application installation and features.
