Jamie Clark, LMSW

Jamie attended Wayne State University, where she obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings, along with correctional facilities. She uses several different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, humanistic therapy, and motivational interviewing. She has experience in providing case management, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She has training in grief and loss, along with LGBTQ, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, anger management, relationships, behavioral issues, family conflict, and self-esteem issues. She uses a strengths-based, humanistic approach to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to open up and share freely.
