Lindsey Kennard, MA, LPC (formerly Mandell)
Lindsey received her Master of Ars degree in Counseling, with an advanced specialization in Mental Health and Psychosis from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Lindsey was trained to use a person centered and acceptance-based framework. By tapping into a wide range of effective interventions, including mindfulness and art therapy, she helps bring awareness to the body and mind for self-exploration, building self-esteem, healing from trauma and personal growth. Lindsey is passionate about helping patients unlock their true potential while instilling hope and providing evidence-based guidance along the journey. Lindsey has also been trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Lindsey specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, communication issues, family conflict, ADHD, conduct disorders and daily life adjustments. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and has a particular passion for working with teenagers.
