Among the older adult population, many mental health concerns go undiagnosed. Older adults may experience chronic physical health conditions, memory problems and cognitive decline along with isolation and loneliness.
Older adults may experience chronic physical pain, which can lead to anxiety or depression. Some older individuals need help coping with the loss of loved ones, or loss of their independence.
